I’ve never been BIG on celebrating new years. Time is a constraint on living our lives, in a way. But, either way what about celebrating a New Year, by not making a resolution. Hear me out, I promise it all makes sense. What if we focused on not making resolutions, but what if we developed better habits and focused on healthier living. This can be a step by step approach maybe in January you will work out once a week and meditate twice a week for 10 minutes and have a healthy juice every few days. That way you’re focusing on changing little parts and developing healthy habits instead of going boom it’s the new years let’s all of a sudden change my thought process on exercising and instead of doing it for one month every day maybe just gradually increase the amount of time to develop the love that you will feel and change in your body and your mental attitude towards these new healthy behaviors.
