so there's no time like the present to go outside and get a breath of fresh air and/or try something new; i mean after all it is the new year, right? i can discuss living in the present and not necessarily paying too much attention to the past or future, but this blog post is focused on finding fun self-care/spiritual things to do in phoenix, az this week.
we are all creatures of habit, and I attest to this 100%. I pretty much stick to the same schedule/routine on a daily. I think part of this is because my boys know what to expect everyday and consistency is key. but, I also enjoy getting out and doing something new and exciting. i feel that it helps my overall moral.
i thought it would be fun to post a blog about specials and happenings in the wellness community this week. maybe your new years plan was to exercise more, journal, meditate, yoga, run, read self-help books, etc... I'd love to continue doing a blog post like this one every Sunday. If this is something you are interested in, please let me know.
here's a list of a few happening this week in the PHX area
