healthy habits for personal growth
so recently I've been paying a bit more attention to my habits, after all we are creatures of habit. habits can either make or break you in some aspects of your daily. for a new behavior to become habitual it takes anywhere somewhere around 21 days roughly. it takes 66 days for a behavior to become automatic depending on the habit. so, I thought to myself yes! I'm always down for personal growth involving healthy habits. I do recall starting to drink 16 ounces of water first
